Who We Are

Glen Meadows exists to:

  • Love God with all of our hearts and love others unconditionally.

  • Lead all people into a Spirit-filled relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Train His followers to make disciples.

  • Equip His disciples to become catalysts for the Kingdom of God.

Glen Meadows wants to demonstrate how much God cares for people, because that's the only way people will see Him - through us. So, whether it's with our Sunday services, a community project, or a trip to Mexico or overseas, we are going to serve Him by loving people.

It is through this love and care that we expect people to be attracted to God. Once He has their attention, Glen Meadows wants to teach people what it means to be a disciple, or follower, of Jesus. It doesn't take any special knowledge to become a Christ-follower, but it does to grow a friendship with Him.

At some point, Christ-followers will feel the urge to serve Him with their talents and abilities. Glen Meadows has many opportunities to allow that opportunity. As a church it is our responsibility to reach out to others... and our members serve to bring others in, just as they themselves were brought in - through God-centered love and care.

What We Believe

What you believe determines the quality of your life in a very practical way. Everything you believe manifest itself in one way or another in everything you do - How you feel about yourself, how you treat others, and how you feel others treat you. What you believe also determines your future and even your eternity: Jesus said: "Everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die, ever." Then, He asked this simple question: "Do you believe this?" So not only is it important to know what you believe, but it's obvious that God takes an interest in what you belive.

If you've never thought about it, take a minute and write down what you believe - about yourself, about the world, and about God... and see if they add up.
