At Glen Meadows, we believe every person was created on purpose, for a purpose. Ordinary lives surrendered to an extraordinary calling: inviting every generation to discover new life in Jesus.
That is why, by the end of 2032, we are praying and working toward a bold goal—to have 145,000 gospel conversations together as a church.
WHY THIS GOAL MATTERS
God has called us to carry the good news of Jesus across San Angelo and beyond.
Each time we have a conversation about the gospel, we open the door for someone to encounter Jesus, the Living Water who revives and restores weary souls.
One conversation may seem small, but every conversation matters. And 145,000 gospel conversations means thousands of moments where hope takes root and seeds of faith are planted.
Gospel Conversations
WHAT IS A GOSPEL CONVERSATION?
A gospel conversation is any intentional moment where the good news of Jesus is shared with someone outside of Glen Meadows—through words, story, prayer, or an invitation to take their next step toward Him.
It does not have to be polished or perfect or shared completely. It just needs to be intentional.
A GOSPEL CONVERSATION CAN BE...
- Offering to pray for someone…and then praying for them right then.
- Reminding someone that they don't have to carry their burden alone.
- Encouraging someone to ask God for wisdom in a difficult decision.
- Sharing a simple story of God’s faithfulness in your own life.
- Pointing someone toward forgiveness instead of bitterness.
- Reminding someone that prayer is a first response, not a last resort.
- Reminding someone they were created on purpose and for God’s purpose.
- Sharing the complete story of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection and inviting someone to follow Him.
A GOSPEL CONVERSATION CAN HAPPEN...
- Across a dinner table
- On a front porch
- In a classroom
- At a ball game
- In a coffee shop
- At work
- In the grocery store
God can grant divine appointments anytime, anywhere.
These are everyday moments where God can use ordinary faithfulness in extraordinary ways..
