There Is No One Like Jesus

Text: Colossians 1:15-20

I. See Jesus Clearly–The Lord of All Creation ( Colossians 1:15-17 )

• He is the Lord of all Creation
• He is the Aim of all Creation

II. Follow Jesus Faithfully–He Leads the Church ( Colossians 1:18 )

• He is the Chief Shepherd of the Church
• 1 Peter 5:4   “And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.”
• He is the source of life for the church

III. Rest in Jesus Fully–He Reconciles the World ( Colossians 1:19-22 )

• He reveals the Father to us
• He made peace through his blood to reconcile you to himself

IV. Fix Your Eyes on Jesus Constantly–He Sustains Your Hope ( Colossians 1:23 )

• He secures your soul
• He sustains your hope
